Description

I've decided to put this in my main gallery since I like how it turned out. I may move it into my scraps later though.

Finally, I'm squeezing my own characters into DeviantART. This is a new RP character of mine. Masuru Mouja. The following text is his biography.

+Technique List+

Taijutsu
Taijutsu skill level: Advanced
Taijutsu style: Ranbu no Mouja – Unruly Dance of the Dead
Rank: E - B, depending on the level of skill that is exerted.
Range: Close
Type: Attack
Description: This is a very unique and eerie type of taijutsu, with the expense of sacrificing chakra to the departed. The belief of the Mouja family is that their dead forerunners can be manipulated and summoned by the means of impressing them through dance sequences (mostly relayed into taijutsu styles) or prayers that praise their essence. In return, the Mouja spirits either grant the dancer powers or literally enter from the afterlife similar to a summon and aid the beckoner in battle. In this case the spirits donate power to the user. This style of taijutsu is very elegant, swift and mostly relies on hand movements, speed and acrobatics. What is tricky about this style is that the range of the attack is hard to predict. This is due to the Mouja spirits lying within the user's body that occasionally lash out as white shadows. In other words, if the user misses with a punch, the power of a Mouja spirit can burst forth from the user's arm and complete the assault (acts similar to Dosu's gauntlets). Depending on the dance sequences the taijutsu client performs, or the object he holds, the dead can shape-shift into structures (blades, shields, poles, etc) to make the attacks more effective. However, this requires enormous skill and concentration, as he must complete the actions perfectly. If the sequences are not accurate, there is an endangerment of possession by a Mouja spirit, ultimately controlling the user or killing him for his impudence.

Genjutsu
Eikyou no Mouja - Voice of the Dead
Rank: D
Range: Far
Type: Supplementary
Description: The belief of the Mouja family is that their dead forerunners can be manipulated and summoned by the means of impressing them through dance sequences or prayers that praise their essence. In return, the Mouja spirits either grant the dancer powers or literally enter from the afterlife similar to a summon and aid the beckoner in battle. In this case the spirits donate power to the user. Locking onto an enemy, the user can cast a spirit into the target. The dead then forces the victim to hear both irritating and demonic voices, distracting the enemy to lose his/her concentration. The user must complete the actions perfectly. If the sequences are not accurate, there is an endangerment of possession by a Mouja spirit, ultimately controlling the user or killing him for his impudence. Lasts for about two minutes.

Maboroshi no Mouja - Vision of the Dead

In this case the spirits donate power to the user. Locking onto an enemy, the user can cast a spirit into the target. The dead then forces the victim to view either irritating or very disturbing images, distracting the enemy to lose his/her concentration. Occasionally, this technique can also cause trauma in the victim, depending on the user's skill. The user must complete the actions perfectly. If the sequences are not accurate, there is an endangerment of possession by a Mouja spirit, ultimately controlling the user or killing him for his impudence. Lasts for about one minute.

In return, the Mouja spirits either grant the dancer powers or literally enter from the afterlife similar to a summon and aid the beckoner in battle. In this case the spirits enter from the afterlife to assist the user. The dead separates its essence into several pieces, then imitates the client's appearance. They act as individual shadow doppelgangers, confusing or distracting the enemy. The user must complete the prayer perfectly. If the sequences are not accurate, there is an endangerment of possession by a Mouja spirit, ultimately controlling the user or killing him for his impudence. Lasts for about two minutes.

Ninjutsu

In this case a spirit enters from the afterlife to assist the user. Depending on the actions that are performed, Masuru's level of skill will either summon Aitou or Karitoru, two Mouja warrior spirits. Aitou specializes in offense while Karitou performes guards. Their visible forms are difficult to distinguish, since they are merely white fiery figures. The user must complete the prayer perfectly. If the sequences are not accurate, there is an endangerment of possession by a Mouja spirit, ultimately controlling the user or killing him for his impudence. Lasts for about ten minutes.

+Anonymous Information+

Demeanor: Masuru, the second prodigy of the Mouja family, is quite different from his twin brother, personality-wise. At first, this boy seems stern, distant and mysterious, but his strange looks are indeed deceiving. He has developed a high sense of curiosity towards others and is always yearning to know more about the ones around him. A studious boy who observes his surroundings and longs to know more of it. This tends to make Masuru nosy. Sometimes suspicious when there's no need for it.

He holds an average amount of compassion towards other people, though at times he proves to be a little selfish. Like his name meaning, he thinks to steal things from folks.

Being very watchful, Masuru developed artistic talents in music, writing and illustrations. This brings an even softer side to his personality.

Most of the time he is loyal and polite to others, but he hides that he simply wants excitement. Masuru wishes to blend in normally with his peers and not be treated like a prince or an alien. Alas, he is given the opposite.

History: A second-born boy was conceived, gripping the ankle of his brother, Akahatsu. Thus he was named Masuru for his leaching action. Masuru grew up living to his title, always attempting to take the fruitful gifts that were his brother's. When the twins were twelve years of age, the father notably favored Akahatsu to a large degree, but the old man was also near his natural death, so his last decision was to bless his son Akahatsu with a sanction before he passed away.

While Akahatsu hunted a meal for his father in favor of the blessing, the mother told Masuru of a plan, given that she favored him above the other son. She wanted him to receive the sanction instead. Both the mother and he prepared a repast for the father. Because his sire had lost his sight from his old age, Masuru dressed in Akahatsu's garbs, so as to fool his father's sense of smell and touch. The plan worked. Before Akahatsu was able to return, Masuru was instead given the blessing, completely fooling his parent.

After he learned of the deceit, Akahatsu asked his passing father to bestow the same blessing upon him. Strangely he was not granted the same one, but was given a bad omen.

Masuru feared Akahatsu's wrath and fled from the village. During his time away he was confronted by a stranger. He immediately took in that the man was a Mouja spirit. He was ravenous for a sanction. For an entire night Masuru attacked him until the spirit purely put a hand on the boy and temporarily paralyzed him. At last, the dead one recognized the child's struggle. It took pity upon him; it promised him that his brother would not inflict harm.

Flustered, Masuru traveled back to the village, not knowing of the fortune he was awarded. He was given the Seal of Providence. The spell is evident by the tattoo that now crosses over his left eye.

Love the fact you based him off of Jacob from the Bible.
